Keto slow cooker chicken queso soup

INGREDIENTS

  • ½ tsp. Cumin
  • ½ tsp. Garlic Powder
  • 1 8-oz. Package of Cream Cheese
  • 1 8 oz. Package of Monterey Jack Block Cheese, Shredded
  • ½ Cup. Heavy Cream
  • 1 1/2 lbs. Boneless Skinless Chicken Breast
  • 1 ½ Cups of Medium Hot Salsa
  • 2 1/2 Cups of Chicken Broth
  • 1 tsp. Salt
  • 1 tsp. Black Pepper
  • ½ tsp. Paprika 
    Keto slow cooker chicken queso soup

INSTRUCTIONS

  1. Place your chicken breasts in a Large Slow Cooker
  2. Top with Salsa, Chicken Broth, Salt, Pepper, Paprika, Cumin, & Garlic Powder
  3. Cook 4-5 hours on High until Chicken is falling apart
  4. Remove Chicken from Soup and Shred with 2 forks
  5. Return Chicken to Soup, Add in Cream Cheese, Heavy Cream and ½ of Monterey Jack Cheese
  6. Cook another 30 minutes to 1 hour, stirring occasionally
