These keto bagel breakfast sandwiches are loaded up with delicious healthy fats. They taste so good that you would never even know that they are low carb and gluten free.

INGREDIENTS
  • 1 batch Keto Everything Bagels (get the recipe here)
  • 6 slices bacon, cooked crispy and cut in half
  • 1 large avocado, sliced
  • 1 large tomato, cut into 6 slices
  • 6 eggs large eggs, cooked to your liking
  • 1 batch Keto Bacon Jam (get the recipe here)
  • 1 1/2 cups mixed greens

INSTRUCTIONS
  1. Slices the bagels in half and toast if desired.
  2. Top the bottom halves of each bagel with greens, bacon, avocado, tomato, egg, and bacon jam.
  3. Top each one with the the other halves of the bagels.
