Keto Baked Chicken Wings - Sweet & Spicy

INGREDIENTS

  • 1 tsp ginger powder
  • 1 tbsp swerve, brown sugar
  • 1 lemon juice
  • 1 tbsp soy sauce
  • 1 lime juice
  • 1/2  tsp fresh parsley chopped
  • 3 pounds Chicken Wings
  • 4 tbsp melted butter or ghee for paleo
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 2 garlic cloves minced
  • 1 tsp Salt
  • 1/3 tsp Black Pepper
  • 1/3 tsp cayenne pepper
  • 1/2 Chilli Pepper
  • Baked Keto Chicken Wings are sweet, spicy and crispy. They are paleo and keto friendly. These wings are fantastic!!!

INSTRUCTIONS

  2.  Preheat the oven to 200ºC / 400ºF. Place lemon slices on a baking sheet. Dry the chicken wings thoroughly with paper towels, pressing down hard to remove as much excess moisture as possible.
  3. Place the chicken wings in a large bowl. Set aside.
  4. In a small bowl combine the melted butter or ghee, brown sugar (swerve), ginger powder, soy sauce, lemon and lime, garlic cloves, chili pepper, salt, black and cayenne pepper.
