Keto Breakfast Burrito Quiche


  • 8 eggs
  • 1/4 cup + 2 tablespoons half n half
  • 1 cup freshly shredded Monterey Jack cheese
  • 1/2 pound ground beef
  • 4 ounces pork breakfast sausage
  • 1 teaspoon cumin
  • 1/2 tablespoon chili powder
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon smoked paprika

  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Grease a 9” pie plate and set aside. 
  2. In a skillet over medium heat, brown the ground beef and sausage. Break up with a wooden spoon into small pieces while cooking. Cook until no longer pink, about 4 to 5 minutes.
  3. Add the spices to the meat and stir to combine. Cook 1 additional minute.
  4. In a large measuring cup, whisk the eggs and half n half together.
  5. Transfer the meat to the prepared pie plate and spread into an even layer.
