Keto / Low Carb Dark Chocolate Mocha Bread

INGREDIENTS

  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 4  oz 100% dark chocolate squares, roughly chopped
  • 2 tsp instant coffee granules
  • 1 tbsp heavy whipping cream
  • 2 medium avocados
  • 3 tbsp butter, melted
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 2 1/2 tbsp heavy whipping cream
  • 1 cup erithrytol sweetener
  • 2 eggs
  • 2 cups almond flour
  • 1/4 cup cacao powder
  • 1 tsp baking soda
    Keto / Low Carb Dark Chocolate Mocha Bread

INSTRUCTIONS

  1. Preheat oven to 350 F.
  2. Line two small loaf pans with parchment paper.
  3. Combine the avocado, butter, vanilla, heavy whipping cream, and eggs into a food processor or blender. Blend until smooth.
  4. Combine the erithrytol sweetener, almond flour, cacao powder, baking soda, salt, instant coffee granules and chopped dark chocolate to a large bowl. Mix well.
  5. Pour the avocado mixture into the flour mixture. Mix until just combined.
