Low Calorie Breakfast Burger

  • 4 oz Reduced Fat Breakfast Sausage I used Jimmy Dean
  • 4 slices Center Cut Bacon
  • 4 slices American Cheese
  • 3/4 C (184g) Liquid Egg Whites or 4 whole eggs

  2. Cut the bacon slices into thin strips and add to a large skillet or griddle over medium high heat.
