LOW CARB NO CRUST PIZZA BITES

Sometimes, you've just gotta have pizza, and these no crust pizza bites are here to answer all your low carb pizza cravings!

INGREDIENTS
  • ¼ Cup Shredded Parmesan
  • ½ Teaspoon Italian Seasoning
  • 1 Cup Shredded Cheddar
  • 1 Cup Shredded Mozzarella
  • 12 Slices of Pepperoni or more
  • Parsley optional
  • Low Carb Pizza Sauce optional for dipping


LOW CARB NO CRUST PIZZA BITES

INSTRUCTIONS
  1. Preheat oven to 375.
  2. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper or a silpat.
  3. Sprinkle mounds of mozzarella and cheddar cheese to the size of your liking on the baking sheet. (I made indv. mounds of cheddar and mozzarella, but you can combine the cheese if you’d prefer)
  4. Flatten out the mounds and sprinkle with Italian seasoning. Then top with a slice of pepperoni.
  5. Bake for about 12 minutes—you’ll know your pizza is done when the edges are golden brown.
  6. Take out of the oven. Sprinkle with parmesan and parsley. Allow them to cool before removing from the baking sheet.
  7. Serve with low carb pizza sauce, and enjoy!
