Protein Pizza Poppers


  • 1/4 tsp Crushed Red Pepper
  • 1/4 tsp Onion Powder
  • 2 large Eggs
  • 3/4 C (90g) All Purpose Flour
  • 1 1/2 scoop (45g) Unflavored Protein Powder
  • 1 tsp Baking Powder
  • 1/4 C (28g) Shredded Parmesan
  • 25-26 slices (45g) Turkey Pepperoni chopped
  • 1/2 Tbsp (7g) Minced Garlic

Garlic Butter Dipping Sauce (optional)

  • 2 Tbsp (28g) Light Butter
  • 1 tsp (5g) Minced Garlic
  • 1/8 tsp Black Pepper
  • 1/8 tsp Paprika
  • 1/8 tsp Oregano
    Protein Pizza Poppers


  1. Preheat an oven to 350F and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. Use a knife to chop the pepperoni slices into small pieces.
  3. Mix all the ingredients excluding the eggs in a large bowl.
  4. Add the eggs and stir until you have a large ball of dough. (Use a rubber spatula or even your hands to knead the dough if you have trouble incorporating everything.)
  5. Divide the dough into 12 small balls. Spray your hands with cooking spray to avoid sticking and roll the balls between your hands to smooth them out.
  6. Bake for 8 minutes or until the pizza poppers are cooked through.
