DILL PICKLE FAT BOMB - KETO / LOW CARB

I’m a pickle fanatic. No lie, my first sneaky eating at the age of about 1 was inhaling an entire a jar of pickles behind the couch. Yep, ate the whole thing before my mom got up. No excuses – I mean it’s dill pickles! Now I’m adding them to my fat bomb recipes because, being a pickle lover, savory fat bombs are where it’s at!

INGREDIENTS
  • 1 8oz brick cream cheese
  • 2 cups chopped cheddar cheese
  • 4-6 dill pickles, chopped fine


DILL PICKLE FAT BOMB - KETO / LOW CARB

INSTRUCTIONS
  1. Drain any excess pickle juice
  2. Mix all ingredients together
  3. Roll into individual balls or roll into a log or ball to serve with crackers or veggies
