Fruit Salad with Orange Poppy Seed Dressing

Brunchtime’s most colorful side salad is getting a welcome upgrade courtesy of a quick-fix orange poppy seed dressing that adds a sweet and sour kick to the season’s star fruits.

INGREDIENTS
FOR THE DRESSING:
  • 1 teaspoon poppy seeds
  • 1/3 cup Florida’s Natural® Orange Juice
  • 2 Tablespoons honey

FOR THE FRUIT SALAD:
  • 1 cup blueberries
  • 1 cup diced pineapple
  • 1 cup raspberries
  • 1/2 cup pomegranate arils
  • 2 cups diced cantaloupe
  • 2 cups diced honeydew melon
  • 2 cups halved green or red grapes
  • Fresh mint, for garnishing

INSTRUCTIONS
MAKE THE DRESSING:
  1. In a small bowl, whisk together the orange juice, honey and poppy seeds. Set the dressing aside.

MAKE THE FRUIT SALAD:
  1. In a large bowl, combine the cantaloupe, honeydew melon, pineapple, grapes, raspberries, blueberries and pomegranate arils.
  2. Toss the fruit together then drizzle it with the prepared dressing.
  3. Garnish with fresh mint and serve immediately or refrigerate, covered, up to 24 hours before serving.
