HEALTHY APPLE PIE FALL SMOOTHIE

The best way to get your “apple-a-day” daily is in a healthy apple pie fall smoothie! Ready in 5 minutes, it’s got the taste of an apple pie, without all the calories.

INGREDIENTS
  • 1 cup unsweetened almond milk
  • 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
  • 1/2 cup plain Greek yogurt
  • 1/4 teaspoon ground nutmeg
  • 2 apples, cored
  • honey (optional, to sweeten)
  • pinch of ground cardamom
